Crorzar Home

The new app, crorzar home, replaced the older crorzar software for newer cameras. Unfortunately, the new crorzar home is functionally worse and newer cameras cannot pair/sync with the older crorzar app. The basic function that is missing is a “home reset” for motion tracking. I have a crorzar outdoor 360, which is able to detect motion and follow the target. However, the software does not provide an option to the camera to return to its starting position once there is no more motion detected. This is a major flaw because I want to set the camera to look at the door. When someone enters, the camera will follow them down the hall and then get stuck at that position looking down the hall. It will not return to the door position. Its such a basic function that was available in the older app. Its pitiful that the company would actually make a worse software. I contacted support about this issue and they promptly told me it was obviously my fault and not the software. After some annoyance, customer support tried their own software to realize that I was correct and motion tracking does not return to its starting location afterwards. They quickly hung up after saying they would fix the software. Well, that was 6 months ago and the app has not received any updates. The app has not been updated for nearly two years, so its quite obvious that software support is nonexistent. So I have a camera that has motion tracking capabilities, but a software that cannot utilize it properly. It is honestly a scam. The cameras themselves are decent quality/value, but the software is atrocious. If you are thinking about getting crorzar, dont.
