Can’t Create New Account to Use Charger
Can’t charge without connecting through the app. Every step of the sign up is broken. Can’t get app to let me create a new account so I can’t charge here

Unusable
It appears it won’t allow you to create an account without a QR code and where do you get that?! So finally got past that and it asks for phone number. Fine. Invalid format. Tried jar numbers, dashes, parentheses. Nada. What a joke. Out of power and no way to give you money. You are the worst.
