Music Mate: Songs & Friends

This isn’t supposed to be a casual dating app and yet these developers are trying hard to make it one. Just let it be an app for checking out what people are listening nearby. There is zero need to add direct messaging and filtering girls/boys on the map. Direct messaging will simply make way for spam messages in my inbox so no thanks. Instagram integration isn’t a good idea either but not too big of an issue.

This app has completely crossed the line. In order to encourage more user engagement, it has started sending frequent notifications featuring portraits of various female users. It no longer satisfies the purpose of being a music social app and seems to be transforming into a casual dating platform (if that's the case, why not use Tinder or Grindr?). Additionally, its design and logic are poorly executed, with many bugs left unaddressed. I have serious doubts about the capabilities of the MusicMate team.
