Appalling
This is the icing on the cake of crapulous service drom TMobile - a provider that really doesn’t care about its customers. This sorry excuse for an app allowed me to log in once, then every subsequent attempt is met with ‘Command Timeout’ This is on top of a modem that delivers barely 20Mbps on 5G, when every device around it has speeds in excess of 100Mbps. Zero support from TMobile technical support. Dreadful.
