It’s always causing problems to clock in . It don’t let you log in then it keeps telling you *REQUIRED
LIKE WTH is that mean ? I got sent message that my supervisor had to unlock my account. But on his end it don’t show it’s locked . Iv changed my password many times because it kept asking to do so . I’m frustrated and no one’s available to talk to in regards to support.

i have had a terrible experience with this app and it has caused a lot of problems. whatever I try to do it tells me that its failed. this app is pointless due to the fact that nothing works and what a hard time it gives not just to me but to others as well.

I would give this a zero not a 1. Almost all punches are rejected. If you’re off by a few seconds your lunch will be rejected no matter what . There should be a “missing/ fix punch” option for rejected punches ! What is the point of clicking in and out if they are going to be rejected ? DO BETTER PLEASE
