Needs update
We’ve been able to use this app with our scooter just fine for the past month. However starting yesterday it won’t connect to the scooter. It keeps giving me the connection screen but it won’t connect, then it asks me for the password and I put it in but that’s not working either. And for some reason it won’t unlock anymore with my fingerprint. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting methods recommended and nothing is working.

The first thing is I noticed was the misspelled word “pursure”
I tried the connection instructions which never did much for me and had to delete the app several times to try to connect and wouldn’t take the password, among other things

My odometer doesn’t go past 86 miles. Rode it to 103 miles recharged it and the odometer is back to 86 miles.
