I can use the app I’ve got the bac4000 it’s a huge downgrade without the app I downloaded the app but when I get in the app it’s stuck on a big screen sideways of how to confirm your account and when I tried to confirm my email or phone it’s not authorized 900- dollars wasted and whole day wasted of my time putting it on and I can’t even use it like for no reason it’s literally a downgrade I need support from GLE soon or I will refund.

Christmas gift for son. Once phone number was approved allowing app access, this app unlocks FULL CONTROL of your BAC4000 making your ebike and absolutely fully customizable BEAST. GLE support is great and fast responding. Would give 10 stars if possible! Old 2020 surron with 4000 mile 32ah battery now goes 55-60 mph! Crazy.
