I finally got it.

I recently switched to a new iPhone 16e (from iPhone 13). This Authenticator App is nonfunctional on my new phone. I am not able to Login; I repeatedly received an error message. When I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, I got a message asking if I wanted to Cancel my subscription---so clearly the app "knows” that I have a current subscription. I have reinstalled the app and continue getting the same error message. I have the latest operating system on my iphone 16e: iOS 18.5. And this app is the newest version since I just deleted and reinstalled. I am not using VPN. The date and time on my phone are correct. I have a subscription that does not expire until May 7, 2026. (I recently paid almost $40 for a year's subscription, and I can't get my money back.) I have sent an email to this app’s Help desk—have not yet received a Reply. Currently, I am a very unhappy customer.

After using this account to secure my Heroku account, I got locked out once I tried to login back in with my google account using google auth, it’s giving me: URLSessionTask failed with error: An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made. And I have no solutions for this, I have been trying to come back every month to use it but it does not work for the past 4 months.
