You need the app, wifi, and Bluetooth to connect and set up the feeder. You have to share your phone number to set up an account. I have an iPhone and the app can’t ‘see’ the feeder on the network or via Bluetooth. I’m dead in the water. Tried resetting, tried manually connecting, nothing. I have an expensive feeder and no way to program it to dispense food. If I could give it zero stars I would. Why not have buttons on the dispenser so a person can set it up manually if they don’t need all the features?

The app does not guide you if there’s an error. Does not give you a full manual to operate it only an install guide. Problems getting it up after it disconnected from my WiFi. I really do not like the app. It’s pretty bad when you need it to guide you through notifications of any issues. You would think a $900 piece of equipment would come with full instructions with a complete manual.

Recently received my order for the litter machine and was required to download this app to use. The production model of the litter machine had the “entrance up” button removed from the display options on the physical machine, so you would think the developers would replace this function with an “in-app” button to use instead. But nope! There is no button to make the litter machine go into the upright position to fill with litter. I reached out to customer support and they’ve been pretty useless. Don’t know what to do with an expensive litter machine with a non functional app.
