The app does a great job of tracking everything about your trip. My only issue is that I would like to be able to more easily filter by time. I use it for tracking my deliveries and so in a day it produces thousands of time points and there is no way to just look at a certain span of time (like 11:15 - 11:30). So for me it’s a little awkward to use. But I like it otherwise especially the Apple Watch tracking. You should at least give it a go and see if it works for you.
