I have loved the Summer Challenge! This is my third challenge I have done and will continue to do them as long as they are offered. With this Challenge, I was able to do heavier weights by the end of it and need to get a heavier set for the next one!😀 I love how each week I know in advance what the workouts will be and each muscle group is worked. Each workout is something different so I never get bored with the exercises and always learn new ones. Thank you Shaina for all that you do and the effort you put into each workout! Tammy Welcher

I love the simplicity of this app! Everything is easy to find and super user friendly. Having SFF one button away makes working out even better! Highly recommend for everyone who wants to exercise no matter what level they’re at, Shaina is an amazing teacher and will guide you through every step of the way 💪🏻

I just discovered SFF and I’m so excited to workout everyday! The videos are challenging in the best way possible and make me feel so strong. It’s great there’s an app now to make it easier to get my workout in even when I’m traveling.
