Cannot say enough wonderful things about TruCloth! I never write reviews honestly, but their customer service was so outstanding that I could not pass on an opportunity to let everyone else know. From beginning to end the communication was clear and seamless. I love having my time back but am a bit particular when it comes to laundry so do not often outsource. TruCloth did not scoff at my requests — from specific types of detergent for sensitive skin to hanging certain garments on different colored hangers depending on the child (😳😬🫣). Saved me SO much time to be able to pay for EXACTLY what I needed and would do myself — and they executed flawlessly and in less than 24 hours. I was a first time customer and will definitely use them again!

This place (and these people) are AMAZING!!!❤️ We had a house fire on a Sunday morning, and it didn’t even occur to us that our clothes had to be washed. Fortunately, my son told me about TruCloth. We were just able to use their super handy app to arrange to get clothes picked up, washed, dried, and folded, then returned to us in the same day! The truth is, I hate laundry. Hate. It. This is such an easy, handy, friendly, reasonable service, I absolutely intend to use them regularly! I was lucky to meet the owner last night when he personally delivered my clothes. He told me that 75% of what we paid went directly to the lovely woman who handled my laundry. 75%! In addition to this being a fabulous service, this company apparently really values their team, and in today’s world, it just doesn’t get any better than that. 🥰 I cannot say enough good things about this service. Really. Try it dor yourself. You’ll be hooked, too! 😂

You. Need. This. Service. Every washer I’ve met has done an outstanding job cleaning my laundry! They go above and beyond to fold my laundry neatly and are so polite. They fold much better than I could! They also return my laundry super fast (within 24 hours and often much quicker). For someone who hates doing laundry, or has too much on their plate, using this app is the perfect solution.
