The idea is really good and works most of the time but the problem is you can never tell when a top up doesn’t happen or child’s allowance fails to transfer. You always have to check things have worked or not and it’s tiring. They need a better IT team. Also their support team doesn’t work during working hours.
Love this app! Very user-friendly and it does a great job teaching kids how to save and spend. Highly recommend it to all parents and kids.
Finally a great solution to manage my kid’s pocket money and their savings and expenses. My kids also learned how to use a credit card and how important it is to keep it safe. Love it and can’t wait for more features to come
