We have been using this app for our 3 locations for many years but this recent update needs rethinking. Especially on All Shifts… why are the shifts listed out of order instead of being in order by shift start time? Additionally, please work on the notifications. It’s not just been with this recent update, but almost always, the notifications come in AFTER shifts start. This is unhelpful for so many reasons. Why even offer notifications if they don’t let you know before your shifts starts?

My job switched to this app recently and it’s been nothing but problems. I’ve been scheduled to work during times I put in that I was unavailable. Furthermore you can’t see your availability after you put it in. The whole thing just needs to be deleted and rebuilt honestly.

My job just switched over to this app, and it’s horrific. The interface is super user unfriendly, it buffers just scrolling up and down through the list of shifts available, clicking on anyone’s shift completely resets the previous page, etc. App needs a total rework, however, considering users have been having these same issues and more for what seems like over a year (judging by the reviews), I don’t think it’s gonna get any better.
