When able to log in it works well but is inconsistent and too often experiences glitches. Kicking me out of the app and failing to upload recordings.
The TechRing and FirmTech app has worked great for me. After having a laparoscopic prostatectomy I was wondering if I was having nocturnal erections. I am still recovering from surgery but the TechRing and FirmTech App has answered my question and is helping me to see how I am recovering. I plan to share the data with my urologist.
I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and the first strap has broken. The data seems iffy. I’ve got a call to customer service but haven’t heard back yet. Unless they can offer info to make this device more usable I’m about 1 phone call away from returning it. If they get back to me and can help I’ll update this review.
