ScoreMate - Perfect Scoreboard

I’m having an issue where it keeps popping up that my free trials have been used up. I have purchased the pro version but for some reason my watch is not updated. Very annoying when I have paid for the pro version and yet still unable to keep score. It gets the job done on my phone, but when I’m on the court playing, would be nice to update it on my watch rather than running to my phone.

Dear ScoreMate Support Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent update of the ScoreMate - Perfect Scoreboard app. Despite providing feedback in a previous review, the issues I highlighted remain unresolved. I have also paid the $10 fee, hoping it would address these problems, but unfortunately, they persist. As a wrestling official, I rely heavily on this app for accurate scorekeeping. However, I have encountered the following critical issues: 1.Score Reset Malfunction: After resetting, the old score reappears, even though the display initially shows 0-0. 2.Unresponsive Touchscreen Controls: Updating the score often requires multiple taps. Despite hearing the confirmation sound, the score doesn’t always update on the first touch. I want to emphasize that the previous version of the app was exceptional and highly responsive. The current version, however, has significantly hindered my ability to perform my duties effectively. Pros: •The ability to name scoreboards and select preferred color schemes is appreciated. Cons: 1.Score Reset Malfunction: As described above. 2.Unresponsive Touchscreen Controls: As described above. 3.Lack of Wrestling Logo: It would be beneficial to include a wrestling logo option. Given these persistent issues, I kindly request that you address them promptly. If a resolution cannot be provided in a timely manner, I would appreciate a refund of my payment. This is a perfect (simple yet very useful) scorekeeper for volleyball games. It’d be even better if it supported landscape mode. Thanks to the dev team - keep it up!
