Unable to connect the sensor. The product quality is super bad. I got two sensors but neither of them can be paired. Waste of money

Unable to use sensor… the instructions tell you to puncture the skin and then plug in the sensor before you can even start to pair. Now I have been harboring a non-functional sensor on my body for more than a day, trying multiple times to pair/unpair - this design is ridiculously bad. If I could give negative star, I would.

Sensors hard to pair/ unpair. I had 2 sensors fail and to get old sensor unpaired and new sensor paired is next to impossible. I have a failed sensor serial number locked in on the with no way to change the serial number to a new sensor. I bought 5 sensors and have only been able to get data from one
