Battery works, but Bluetooth and app are terrible.
I’ve had the battery at home for about 2 months. The Bluetooth worked perfectly, and the app showed what seemed to be an accurate SOC while connected to a charger in my home. We finally installed it in our RV 2 weeks ago. After installation, I was initially able to connect to the battery, but now, after 2 weeks of use, I’m unable to connect to the battery over Bluetooth. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail. Looks like the app hasn’t been updated since 2021 based on the version listed under “about”. Hope the battery lasts longer than the Bluetooth did!

App is junk
Even customer support said don’t pay attention to the app. I think there are some things the app reports correctly, but SOC is wildly inaccurate unless the batteries themselves are garbage (which I don’t think is the case). If you want batteries with an app, buy a different brand.

Update is MUCH better
Has all the items I requested a while back. The interface has all the important information on a single page and it goes direct to the page after it connects.👍. 4 stars just because the SOC and Calculated AH are never correct but not sure that's the apps fault as much as it is the BMS itself... Thanks for the updates...
