BikingBuds aims to make biking safer. As a biker myself, I've noticed a lot of issues with riding in groups. The main one is that it's way too hard to know where everyone is. Some people are faster bikers and some are slower, so it's always helpful to know where your group is.

Some of the main ways to use BikingBuds:
- A group of students who want to bike to school. Their parents are able to join the group, set themselves as a non-rider, and make sure that their child is safe while getting a notification if their child has fallen.
- A big group of bikers who are doing a long ride and need to know where their group members are, along with an easy way to call all of them + their emergency contacts
