Won’t let me login
This app was working great! But eventually I was no longer able to select regions to connect to. When I asked customer service about this, they requested that I remove the app and re-download. Now it’s asking for verification information or scanning a poster. I don’t know what information is being requested so I can’t get back to my account or use the app anymore.

Works great but cannot renew.
The app works great. But when I click to renew my subscription it shows a loading circle, but doesn’t connect with the servers. I also cannot access customer service. Please help if you can, thanks.
