In automatic mode, the unit turns off/on at random times and does not do the gradual light throughout the day into evening. The app is very basic and that’s fine but it needs an internal clock. It’s a super great product when it works properly. And, the “Timers Bug Fix” button in the app does not work nor is there an update in the App Store.

I have been using the strip grow lights for almost a year now. Pros: the timer is great and perfect amount of light in my cabinet. Being able to control the intensity of light is a bonus. Cons: every so often (not frequent enough to make me switch) the app will lose my timer schedule. In the app they are grouped together and I wish they each had their own icon. Would make managing them easier. The app needs a total overhaul. Most of it is completely unnecessary and I don’t use any other portion. Other than those issues I truly do like this product and app.

I bought these natural growing lights and set them up and you could use this app with them, it worked fine for the first two days but now I can’t even use the app, every time I try opening the app it just kicks me out. Also whenever I turn the lights off from the base they randomly turn on without me touching it???? Only way I can get them to actually work properly is if I just plug in and unplug the cord🤦‍♀️
