This app is everything you are looking for and more. It was user friendly to begin with but the new update is even easier.
The workouts are extremely easy to follow and always have an alternate at home option. Each workout has a short clip to show you what the exercise is. You can personalize it and leave memos for each workout. For example, I log the weight I use and the reps I complete. Or anything that I may have struggled with in the circuits. This way I can look back and see where my improvements are and it’s an amazing way to keep your motivation up throughout your journey.
I could go on and on about how much I love this app and the program. I have seen such a difference in not only the way my body looks but feels! Trust me you will love it and only regret not starting sooner!

I love the new app & how personal you can make it. I think the app makes working out even easier! I get to my home gym and know exactly what I need to do with no guess work! I can even favorite workouts that I love.
I can’t wait for our F2C challenge that will really rev it up with exclusive workouts & accountability just for those that want to join in!
