Absolutely love this concept . Even if you don’t feel like going the second you walk in the door the music and enthusiasm gets you in gear . It’s over before you know it and you leave feeling accomplished . Flexible schedules , super clean , variable exercises , literally for every level from beginner to expert makes this facility a 10/10 .

I started at sweat 440 last week. Since the moment I arrived Daniel welcomed me with a great smile!!! I love the routines, they are different everyday, I love the music, the cleanness, the athmosphere, the app, the people…. classes start every 10 minutes so for me, it works really good since I am not really well organized with my schedule….. so I can jump in at any time. I LOVE EVERYTHING!!! Daniel is always trying to help everybody, to make sure we are doing the exercises correctly and motivating us to do better!!! HE IS AN AWESOME TRAINER!!!! Thank you Danny!!!

I love this challenging workout. There is no excuse not to go when the classes start every 10 minutes. Reminds me of basketball circuit workouts. Lights, music, and mirrors make the workout the best, most intense workout since high schoo!!!!
