Not everyone can join the broadcast on time and there is no way to rewind and start from the beginning. That seems to be a “no-brainer” to have as an option. Also, why does it take HOURS to post replays? They’re never up in time to watch before the next round and the no rewind makes it impossible to get caught up. And don’t get me started on “Where the Heck is Flanagan?” rant! I’m sure Chase is a nice guy but he’s in over his head. Tom is great but he needs to work on his “smile” so he stops looking like a stalker. It’s like he’s got a hanger stuck in his mouth. Again, I really like Tom. He adds a LOT! And finally we Boomers need the App available on ROKU too Sorry for the long rant. Fix these issues and I’ll change my rating to a 5.

Was going to submit to developer support but it requires that you fill out a form with an annoyingly unnecessary amount of information or you can’t report a problem with the app. So here is the problem: While watching a video on iPhone, the screen will lock due to inactivity at whatever you have as the Lock Screen time. The solution is to turn the screen lock off completely. This has lead to me pocket dialing my pro shop five times in a row, and clocking in and out of work twenty or thirty times within an hour. I finally turned it back on, and now I have to tap my screen repeatedly or the video is interrupted. If that wasn’t bad enough, sometimes it won’t keep your spot in the video and you have to find out where in the 5 hr stream you were watching before the screen locked. Not so good. Not so good at all

Anytime I try to come back to the app after a new block of a tournament has started, I have to kill the app to get it to reset the channels. Channels won’t load otherwise. Worse, the app can get stuck in a “Validating ID” spin cycle. Killing the app does nothing to solve this. I had to delete and reinstall the app in order to use it again. Even when working properly, it’s just generally very slow to load. It brings me to a sign up page every time I load a channel before it realizes I’m already a member.
