First, this app asked for a phone number but did not let us enter one, on two different iPhone's. Literally not functional. We had to call 3 times to convince them to let us place an order by phone. Second, and far more importantly, the basic idea is just a dumb concept. What incredible arrogance that a coffeeshop thinks you should download an app just for them when it takes just a few seconds to place an order over the phone.

I loaded the app on my iPhone 14 Pro and it prompted for my phone number. But it won’t let me enter anything. Keyboard doesn’t come up.
