Fun Print

I mean, I agree with some people, but I think they’ve changed it so that you can actually get into the office now there’s some things that if I could, I would very well change one of the things is you have to Bluetooth your printer to the app before you can use most of the special things on there on, but I would like to just use them without having to pair my device because sometimes I can’t pair it without my Internet and my Internet goes out sometimes so I like to make things so that when I get my Internet back, I can just pair it and then I can just print it easily, but I can’t do that unless my printer is connected

I had this app for a year or two because I was gifted the printer for a Christmas. And for the past years I’ve been able to use it fine, but recently there was some sort of update that caused the app to get removed off my phone because it is now “18+ only”. And now I am unable to print anything because I’m underage. I don’t understand why this is an adult app now? I use it to print pictures of characters out of a cat printer’s mouth, I don’t know what is so mature about that…? Can this possibly be fixed???

At first this app was ok. The text came out lighter and not as smooth as I’d have liked but was functional. I’ve only used it a few times, and can no longer print. Any time I create a label, it won’t allow me to save or print it and shows “loading” I let it “load” for an hour without touching it and it never loaded. I cannot get it past “loading” and I have tried multiple times over multiple days. It’s now useless because I cannot create labels. It also won’t allow me to send feedback, because that button no longer registers. Each time I’ve attempted to use it, I have confirmed it was on and connected. I even deleted the device and cleared cache but still won’t work. I then tried deleting the app and redownloading, and still the same problem. Also, I changed the language to english, yet it still shows as Chinese when on the “create label” setting, no matter how many times I change it to english. The first few times I used it there were no issues, except the device not cutting/tearing the prints smoothly. Now it’s useless and I wasted my money since of course, it’s beyond the return window. If you can, return the printer before it’s too late because it requires this app that doesn’t work and renders the device useless.
