I have always been open minded about the feeding journey and told myself that if I needed to supplement with formula I would. That said, Simplifed’s resources have changed my life. Without Simplifed, I SIMPLY would not have made it this far in breastfeeding. I had an unexpectedly complicated birth and postpartum full of surgeries and emergencies, and yet, with weekly appointments that I challenged myself to make, I received the most incredible support thanks to Simplifed resources and overall consultants - I credit her with enhancing my knowledge of biology, psychology, and logistical hacks to succeed in this journey. This is beyond worth gold, and I’m eternally grateful to have found this. Their approach is so incredibly smart, flexible, supportive, and positions you to achieve your personal goals no matter what they are. Indebted forever to Simplifed.

SimpliFed provides support and product offerings in lactation, formula, pumping, and more, giving parents access to online baby feeding and breastfeeding support that is covered by most health plans whenever and wherever they need it! We provide on-demand, virtual lactation and baby feeding support, so that parents can feel secure and comfortable in their homes. At SimpliFed, we want every parent to feel good about feeding their family, whether they are breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, combo feeding, and/or using donor milk.
How does it work?
Our services are fully covered by many health plans starting during pregnancy; We work with parents prenatally to answer questions and prepare for the baby feeding journey. Once the baby arrives, we help families with latching, positioning, reducing pain, low milk supply, combo and formula feeding, pumping, and more.
App users have access to schedule appointments at a convenient time for them, which are covered by many health plans, self-pay, or HSA/FSA,. We are here to help you navigate your breastfeeding and baby feeding questions and concerns, from the time you are pregnant to when you transition back to work or wean.
