App Profile: Museo del Calcio di Coverciano

The "Museo del Calcio" APP is the new tool for visiting the national team museum in Coverciano.
Available in two languages, Italian and English, it provides access to various types of media and special content automatically offered to the visitor by Bluetooth technology or activated by the App's internal QR code reader.
A careful iconographic and historical research has led to the selection of the most significant memorabilia and documents capable of portraying the personalities of the players of the Italian national team and the era to which they refer: texts and photographs, for a more traditional use, but also audio descriptions, evocative historical videos and, above all, video testimonies of the President of Fondazione Museo del Calcio, who tells first-hand anecdotes and curiosities about the great champions of the past and present.
The app is a synthesis of innovative content proposed through a new visiting experience and created specifically for a highly evocative exhibition space: a museum that traces not only the history of the national football team but also that of Italy, through the story of 100 years of sporting and other events.
The News and Events section completes the consultation and provides a tool to stay in touch with the activities of the Museum even after the visit.
