I love this app. It’s FREE! It has great resources for weight loss and eating healthy and a great blood pressure checker! I love the weather alert push notifications too!
I used to write my daily pressure on a piece of paper and bring it to my appointments. Now that I have the MCHD app on my phone I just use the app to track my pressure and don’t have to worry about keeping up with paper. I always have my phone with me so it’s super convenient. They’re always adding more information on the app - good to see - I now can also check restaurant ratings too!
Just downloaded my app. I can’t believe I can get this much information in one place. This is great
