I downloaded it despite the negative reviews but ended up deleting it immediately. Even basic functions like logging in is too much for this app to handle. Makes me suspicious of the company. They must not care about their reputation and that’s why none of these negative but honest reviews have been responded to by a public relations rep from the company.

I just signed up for coverage, created an account and made the first payment. Now I can’t even get into the account in the App or on the website. The website even says that I successfully created an account. I don’t even get any emails for account recovery methods??? As much as these companies update their stuff, the more they waste our time with recovery efforts!!

I signed up for my account this morning. Logged into the app and it worked perfect. App seems well designed with lots of information available at your fingertips.
