Poor tracking of sold items within their store and from their store to the customer address. Furthermore, poor management response to solve the tracking problem with zero update from the time of buying the item till reaching the customer address. Good customer service support BUT lack of information within their store system and lack of communication with store management.

A day after payment, many items are canclled or not available and money is refunded after order is received. You're items inventory must be updated instantly in this apps, so customers are not expecting to much and not wasting their time. Otherwise, this must be so good.

Even the collection old and limited not like the main website, Its just like an outlet with orignal pricing, The application and the website have issues with payment, Tried over 3 cards not working and pretty sure work perfectly, Then i change it to Cash on Delivery. How bad and i been emailed them over 1 year and they didn’t respond or fixed the issues.
