I love how that I can get jobs easier than going in door door knocking or posting on Facebook, I’m just having a hard time understanding the paying I understand you guys estimate the property and timeframe hours but sometimes there are other issues like my first job. I had dozens of happy, regular customers from the app, but all it takes is one customer who knows how to scam the system and suddenly was I not paid for that particular lawn, but I was permanently suspended after just one(!) customer typed their phone number in the chat, completely unprompted by me because they thought I was lawn love Support (or was an employee of their company). So here’s how the scam works - because Lawnstarter/Lawn Love are extremely anti-contractor, they have a one-strike, no-appeals no-communication process regarding soliciting, which means no contacting customers outside of the app. Perfectly fine, I comply with that. But here’s the trick - if the customer says “call me” and puts their phone number in the chat, their system automatically picks up that a phone number has been typed in, and the contractor is immediately banned - it does not matter that the contractor didn’t ask first, or even specifically says “we cannot call you” in the chat as proof. So what the customer can do is wait until the lawn is mowed, or before (if they’re trying to avoid long grass fees), type their phone number in the chat, and then boom! Instant permanent suspension for the contractor, no questions asked. No appeals process whatsoever, no email to contact that doesn’t just bounce your email back. Then they just get another schmuck (like I was) and repeat the process for as many free lawn mowings they can handle. AVOID this gig like the plague, I have never been treated so poorly, or lost so much money from a company such as this. If this review is still up, it means they’re still scamming contractors just like you. Stay safe out there.

Unbelievable I recommend my friends and regret it they don’t give u allot of order as new starter They send u what the the other pros don’t accept and if u don’t accept it u won’t be able to get anymore orders when u first start signing up they will show u allot of jobs but once you put ur ss number u won’t be getting no order when no one takes on the job they put multiple dates for the same job and count it as 6 because they has six different days for u to choose from I will give them a one star until I start receiving multiple orders and the app gets better I will update my review I have been waiting 3 days without a job if your planning and use them to start your business I would say your better off with some one else
