This worked well for about two weeks. Then it would refuse to link the watch to my iPhone. When I contacted the help desk, they gave me all kinds of steps to try, none of which worked. They then suggested I uninstall and reinstall the app, and they would call me back in 10 minutes to walk me through the connection again. 12 hours later they still haven’t called.

Ceras is an app that is fully compliant with HIPAA regulations and which allows users to capture their health and activity metrics from Ceras Health branded wearable devices, as well as devices from other manufacturers, including Apple. In order to access a patient's health data from their Apple device, the Ceras app utilizes Apple's SDK and Health app, but only after obtaining a patient's explicit permission to do so
