This app goes way beyond way fitness, Daniel has created such an amazing community of people that you get to be a part of and inspired by. His workouts have challenged me mentally, physically, and provided me with a deeper connection to my body and movement. I no longer workout just to workout, I do it as a way to reconnect with myself, with community, and to prove to myself that I can do hard things. If you’re in need of motivation, community, looking to improve your physical strength, or grow your mental resilience, I can’t recommend this enough.

I am always looking for something new when it comes to fitness, but I have a good feeling that this app is going to be my go to for a long time! The thought that was put into making this app is superb and I could not think of any reason that you shouldn’t have this workout plan.

This app/ Daniel’s program has changed my life. Physically my back and shoulder injuries are feeling better than they have in 15 years and the mental well-being benefits from committing to the program has been amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more.
