Based on reviews from over a year ago and my recent experience I’d say this app is junk. I’ve reached out to support and got the stale answer another user got a year ago “we are aware of it” … then either fix it or pull the app from the store. Our users are frustrated and our support team is tired of your canned answers.

This app hasn’t been working correctly since the spring of 2023. SchoolMessenger/Intrado are aware that it hasn’t been working because I have had an open help ticket on it since the spring of 2023. Poor customer service for sure!

I miss the old app. At least it worked. This thing is junk and never works. I am not always at a computer to send a message for my school. Fix it!
