Having spent three years food blogging and eating the best burgers in London... Charlie thought it was time to bring amazing burgers to Hitchin. Matt was in the process of creating a brunch restaurant when we got chatting about Hertfordshire needing a serious burger... and Cawsburger was born.

Spending months of the national lockdown obsessing over creating the perfect beef patty... Throw that between the best brioche bun in London along with other simple, quality ingredients and you have what has been described as "one of the best burgers in the U.K.".
