I dont know but I guess you guys are still piloting this app. Im from Cebu and its my first time booking a bus ticket to the South thru an app. I tried this coz i was hoping this is a bit convenient than standing in a long line to get a ticket and another long line to get to the bus. I did not notice there is another operator involved. I was under the impression this is only under Ceres Liner. Little did I know i had booked a ticket under Autobus operator. Its probably new coz i have not been on this bus or have heard of it route to the South. I had to request for a refund and wait. One thing thats off with this app is the route. There are two routes that Ceres Liner is taking. Bato-Oslob and Bato Barili. None if this is indicated. Perhaps, you need to hear someone’s comment or complain before making enhancement. Please do and make things convenient for commuters to the Southern part of Cebu

the app is very simple, which makes it easy to use which is a good thing. Although I think there should be an option for student or senior discounts, being a student myself. Also, if the ticket is good for a day, it would be nice if the daily schedules are listed after inputting your destination.

hi i'm really glad that there is an option to book tickets ol before hand but i know maybe because its still new and your still calibrating or adding things but can you add the schedule of the buses available cause its kind of useless to book for a certain bus and then the bus is not even there at the terminal so u have to wait for the bus u booked which just beats the whole point of purchasing tickets ol if you'd still have to wait thank you
