Cannot access when overseas. So what’s the point of having online services. Besides, on line services are limited.

Unable to access to login and don’t render proper support to help in accessing. Various occasions staff provide empty promises assist to in resolving issue and had to ding dong by calls and visit to venue but unable to deliver what has promised. Even after enhancement of app, it doesn’t work. Till to-date no staff revert what’s the status. Sigh.
