Flash Express(MY)

Delivery sent to the wrong address. Contacted customer service and they asked me to ask the selling platform to refund me. Ended my chat before settling my issue. HELLO!!! FLASH, is the one at fault. How can you ask the seller to pay for YOUR mistake??? For businesses or anyone that’s planning to have your stuff shipped by Flash, I hope you’re aware that you’ll need to clean up after them even though it’s not your fault.

Tiktokshop used this courier three times for me. The first time, the postman was extremely rude. The second and third time, my parcel were out for delivery from 11am and suddenly at 8pm, they call and informed me that they couldn’t send my parcel today. And it was stated rescheduled by customer. The customer service was also not working eventhough I’ve submitted my complaint few times. Terrible!!!!
