In today’s hurry, hurry life, had a pleasant experience at a CVS Drive-Through. Usually you can pass a birthday in most drive throughs. However, even with several cars in front of me, the line moved smoothly without me watching the clock & fuming. The young woman was very cordial & prompt. The text CVS sent before hand also help speed up this transaction. She was so nice when asking for my on-line feedback, I actually am responding for the very first time to any survey. I know it was a few days ago but I did keep my receipt so I could. An ‘old lady’ like me, living in today’s electronic world, does struggle at times. Thank You for employing Poppi & putting in place simple, on-line tasks to help make things better.

Excellent quality, directions and packing. Looks like a real life shopping cart. Could improve alignment of screws, so that they tighten and square up. Would purchase again or other products.

First your app was advertised as 100% free and instead I was required to pay in order to even try it. Now I’ve paid and everything I’ve scanned so far isn’t giving any information. I’m going to try another 8 items but if they don’t yield any results either then I want my money back. Thank you for getting back to me. The problem is that I already had to purchase in order to even scan anything. So I spent $35 on your app and nothing I’ve scanned has told me anything aside from identifying the item I’m holding to scan. For example: I scanned a shirt with tags. The result: Olympic t-shirt blue. That’s not helpful. Please help me understand the benefit of your app or what I can do differently. Reviews are important and I never want to leave something negative if it isn’t warranted.
