The app requires a Baltic phone number to sign up and use. It shouldn’t be in other region’s App Store if it’s not usable by them.
This app is a bit wonky but works alright. The UI needs a bit of improvement, but it works. Would be wonderful if they could add a few other languages so visitors to Riga have a bit of an easier time buying tickets online! (English, Russian, German, etc., would be wonderful!)
