Is there an update available? I cannot see any of the options shown in the second picture above. This app is new and I am sure it will become a lot better but right now it’s not very interactive. Pls inform if there is an update available because the app says update available after 11th May 2022. Many thanks

The app is super slow, even navigating through various pages takes a long time. The UI is pathetic and out dated. Highly non responsive UI for the complaints page or any page where You have to fill in information (profile/registration/complaints forms) - T&C are misleading and can be used to harvest and sell user data. No spam filters (no number verification etc). Too many unneeded permissions required for the app.
