Blessify

I have emailed at least four times asking for the subscription to be canceled. I never even downloaded the app until now just so that I could leave this review. They have ignored all my requests. I ended up probably sending 8+ / - emails and finally contacting Apple before they decided to reply (day after contacting apple) - they stated they canceled with no mention of refunding my money. I finally got a refund today…. So thank you for that but honestly shouldn’t be this hard to get a response from the support team.

I’m giving this one star based on customer service only. I purchased the app and decided to cancel well before the 7 day trial was over. The Blessify App says “Money back guarantee. Notify Blessify to cancel your subscription and you will not be charged” that is what I did thru customer support email and received an email back stating my subscription was cancelled and my card would not be charged. As soon as the free trial was over, my card was charged. I reached out again and asked for a refund and was told by Blessify to notify Apple Subscriptions, they don’t issue refunds. After Blessify’s earlier email said I would not be charged. All from the same customer support person. I have since reached out to Apple Subscriptions. Blessify does state in their money back guarantee to NOTIFY THEM to cancel and you WILL NOT BE CHARGED. Not the case! BEWARE!

App is greatly designed with beautiful layout, community support is the feature why I am here. Nevertherless I missed the option to create personalized praylist.
