I got the younger you book, which is great. The book mentions how great the app is to use. I downloaded the app and you have to email the company or go to the website to receive login information. I emailed the company and it came back undeliverable and the website has no information about how to obtain login information. Therefore, the app is useless to me.

The app does not allow you to log in. It takes you to a log-on page for registered users. I deleted the app. I believe users are required to create an account for the app on the 3YY website, which is not intuitive or explained anywhere

I downloaded the app, was told to enter login information, but was never given the option to set up account.
I entered my email address, was told that an email was sent for password reset, and never received it. I am at a loss as to how to use the app.
