I’ve had a great experience with Wellby. Their app is incredibly easy to use and makes managing my accounts quick and convenient. Whether I’m checking my balance, transferring money, or paying bills, everything is simple and works smoothly. It really makes banking a lot easier. On top of that, every time I’ve visited a branch, the staff has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you have everything you need. It’s refreshing to find a bank that combines great technology with excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Wellby to anyone looking for an easy, hassle-free banking experience.

All last week there were issues with my available balances showing so I removed then redownloaded the app this week. Now, I am not able to even get to the login page due the error message on the subject line. This also can’t login from the website through my iPhone via Safari or Google. I am only able to sign into my account via the website on my desktop computer.

I have complained since JSC FCU made the change that member to member transfers don’t have a memo line, or any option to note what the money is for - unless you are transferring to someone who shares your account - but they don’t care. I’m starting to migrate my deposits to Chase who’s accounts have a fee if you go below a minimum balance but the app allows you to put a memo on anything you do, so it is worth it to me and is training me not to run my balances so low.
