Since the Update I can’t book rides myself online anymore I get an error message. Frustrating

Thanks to the new app! I can do most of the things I need. Generally the ride is also reliable. This new app needs an improvement! The riders should be able to communicate with the drivers. For example, when waiting for the ride, the riders can see where the ride is. But the drivers may be picking up some one else or the bus has technical issues. If we can communicate with the drivers, we will know the reasons for delay. We can make a decision whether to continue waiting for the ride or take a Uber/Lyft to the destination. This could be an enhancement to the app! Thank you, MDOT MTA, for the new app!

It takes forever for the app to load up, when you try to access it. When it finally does load up, I keep getting an ERROR message. I’m always connected to wifi, and even when I’m not, my signal is strong enough. Not being able to login is a huge inconvenience for me because I need to know when my ride comes so that i don’t miss my pick up window, and so that I can plan accordingly should I need a backup plan! I like the app itself, but there are still a few bugs that need fixing
