I wish I never downloaded app and put details in. I got charged twice because it wouldn’t allow me to park the stupid scooter; they would have tried to take more if I hadn’t blocked my card. Customer service are useless. I’m currently trying to get them to close my account and delete all my data. I will be getting a refund from my bank and blocking them from trying to take anymore from me.

Do not use this company the scooter messed up after 5 minutes and they still charged 10 euro got another one that lasted 10 minutes and they charged 10 for that to then took an extra 10 euro out of my account stay well away Hopp much better use them they have not refunded us hard to even get a reply discusting scammers in my opinion

This scooter app is TERRIBLE even if your stranded and the only option you have is a PEGASO Scooter, I’d rather walk home… charged me and my partner twice costing in total €40 for a 5 mins ride each and my scooter wouldn’t let me “end” the ride for a further 15 mins despite being within the parking zone. I have photo and video proof of this. Me and my partner have reported the issue to receive refunds but still waiting… we now have money sitting in an unwanted “wallet” on the app which we didn't authorise.. DO NOT USE THIS APP there are much better options, even other scooter apps available.
