Medibank Better Minds powered by Uprise is an online learning platform that uses proven research and techniques to empower users to take a more proactive, hands-on approach to managing their mental health.

The Better Minds App lets you:

• Interact with a chatbot to complete a wellbeing survey and get tailored recommendations for skills to learn
• Access a library of effective skills to self-manage mental fitness via short videos
• Connect you with a coach (fully licensed psychologist or counsellor with coach training) to help you learn skills and get support with key issues
• Track your wellbeing and stress levels over time

Including all the functionality of the Uprise app, the Better Minds App is just one part of Medibank’s suite of resources and tools designed to advise, guide and support our members on their mental health journey.
