Changing one’s behaviors can be quite the task…not to mention if they are your seasoned employees who have developed those habits over the course of their adult life. This app has allowed me to do just that. It started with my own experience. Once I knew my trip was being scored I changed my driving behaviors for the better. Nobody wants a bad score right! I soon found that after implementing this with my team, my employees were having the same experience. Using this app is like riding in the car with all of your employees at once. The app gives me measurable feedback for the driving habits of all my drivers. I also noticed a distinct improvement in my own driving habits after installing it. It’s easy to use and Federated Insurance provides it at no extra cost. I give it a 10/10
