The e ticket works but when you need to add more passengers on it it doesn’t give you the option to add or subtract which is a inconvenience when traveling with multiple people
Firstly, if you just want a map of all routes, it’s not not in there. You have to look at one route at a time. Secondly, it only accepts Mexican phone numbers for registration. So if you don’t have one, no tix for you. There is no anonymous mode. Thirdly, you can ‘register with Apple’ but then you still have to register all your information with the state anyway. Kind of defeats the purpose. Outside the app, the routes themselves seem pretty limited. Easier just to walk most places.
Try Querétaro and you’ll think the app and the system in Mérida are heaven. The best part is not the app but that all the routes are on Google Maps. It could definitely be better but at least they are trying.
